Why cant naraki jeev listen to jinvani

In Jain philosophy, Naraki jīvas are souls residing in hellish states characterized by intense suffering and heavy karmic bondage. These souls are enveloped by Ghātiyā karmas, particularly Jñānāvaraṇīya karma, which obstructs their capacity to acquire knowledge. Due to these karmic veils, Naraki jīvas are unable to perceive or comprehend the spiritual teachings, including the Jīnvani (the teachings of the Jinas). The Jīnvani requires a certain level of spiritual receptivity and purity, which Naraki jīvas lack because their karmic obstructions block the influx of true knowledge. Hence, their karmic state renders them incapable of listening to or understanding the Jīnvani, perpetuating their suffering and ignorance.
