What is sirohi famous for

Sirohi district in southern Rajasthan is renowned primarily for its dense concentration of significant Jain tirthas, making it a major center of Jain pilgrimage and heritage. The most famous among these is Mount Abu (Arbudachal), home to the Dilwara temple complex, which includes the Vimal Vasahi temple built by Vimal Shah in 1031 CE dedicated to Rishabhanatha (Adinatha), and the Luna Vasahi temple constructed by the brothers Vastupala and Tejpala around 1230-31 CE dedicated to Neminatha. These temples represent some of the finest marble Jain architecture in India.
